Our kitchen is headed up by Head Chef David Smith, whose tasting menu showcases some of the fantastic produce that surrounds us including some of the seafood that Ullapool is famous for. The gallery below should whet your appetite.

Lunch is served at 12.30pm Thursday to Saturday.

Dinner is served at 7.00pm Wednesday to Saturday.

David brings with him a stellar cooking CV which includes some of the UK’s best restaurants. Front of House is presided over by Robert who has been involved in hospitality since his school days and his first job as a Kitchen Porter.
